We’re very pleased to be able to offer a unique experience for the Hungerton Farm – a trip around some of the more beautiful parts of this special place, hosted by John Hoyes and Janet Lambert.

John is the farm manager here at Hungerton, and is forth generation on the farm (alongside his brother David, who’ll be driving). What John doesn’t know about the farming on the estate you could write on the back of a postage stamp and still have room to spare!

Janet is the Lead Adviser in Land Management at Natural England and has been involved with the Hungerton estate for over ten years.

You’ll be taken through woodland, wildflower meadows, pasture and arable land… and I’m incredibly disappointed that I’ll not be able to accompany you – apparently I’m “needed” elsewhere 🙂

With huge thanks to Great Wood Farm Early Years Centre for the use of their trailer.
